Getting here
Our main address is Bulevardul Mărășești 86, Sector 4, and reception is at Strada Bucur 21, right behind it — a ten-minute walk from Piața Unirii. Here is every sensible way to reach us, cheapest last.

The quickest way — Uber or Bolt
Both work everywhere in Bucharest and both show the fare before you accept it, which is the whole point. Reckon on roughly 2.5 lei per kilometre.
- From Otopeni Airport (OTP) and Băneasa Airport (BBU): about 55–75 lei (€10–14).
- From Gara de Nord: about 20–35 lei (€4–6).
We would steer you away from airport taxis. The apps quote the price upfront; a driver at the rank will usually negotiate a higher one. If you do take a taxi, agree the fare before you get in.
From Otopeni Airport by bus — the cheap way
- Take bus 100 to Piața Unirii, the last stop. It leaves from both of Bucharest's airports — Otopeni / Henri Coandă (OTP) and Băneasa (BBU) — and runs 24/7, every 20 minutes during the day and every 40 minutes between 22:30 and 05:30. You can pay with a contactless debit or credit card on board.
- From Piața Unirii, walk about 400 m straight along Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, until you reach the large intersection with the clock.
- Turn left onto Bulevardul Mărășești and walk 200 m. We are on your right, at number 86.
From Gara de Nord by metro
- Take the metro from Gara de Nord 1, the Yellow Line (M1), in the Pantelimon direction.
- Get off at the 7th stop, Piața Unirii.
- Exit to the right and walk 400 m along Bd. Dimitrie Cantemir, to the large intersection with the clock.
- Turn left onto Bulevardul Mărășești and walk 200 m. We are on your right, at number 86.
A word on money before you land
Romania uses the leu (RON). Card payments are accepted almost everywhere, including on the airport bus, and we take Visa and Mastercard at reception — but by law we can only charge in lei, never in euros.
Avoid changing money at the airport, where the rates are poor. You will do considerably better withdrawing from an ATM, or using a bank or exchange office in the city. As a rough guide, €1 buys around 5.10–5.30 lei.
If you arrive after midnight
Reception closes at midnight, but you are not locked out. On the evening of your arrival we email you the code for the front door and the code for your room, along with directions to your bed. It goes out before midnight, so keep an eye on your inbox — and on the spam folder, just in case.
If you have not received it by 23:00 on the day you arrive, call us on +40 720 720 720 or +40 733 333 833.
